Which Taomi Tea Blends help Relieve Anxiety?
Anxiety, EW!!…even the name itself triggers anxiety! Unfortunately! I’ve dealt with anxiety! Wanna read more about it? Well, get your Taomi Tea and your favorite blanket and let’s get into it.
When I was a child, I would get so worried to the point my body would start to feel tense. I was so scared of the “what if,” my mind would make these scenarios up and I would get so fearful of a negative outcome. I was so scared because as you and I know, life is unpredictable, that one decision can define how things go on in your life, from finding a job, a partner, a car, a home and so much more! I remember my mom would tell me (and she still tells me even at my age now lol), “Tamika you worry too much and you fear the unknown!” And my mom was right! I feared the unknown!
As a child, I didn’t know what anxiety and panic attacks meant. Those words were never uttered in my home. I knew what worry meant but I never heard of anxiety until dun dun dun…I went to college. In college, I went through a traumatic experience, my mind and my body reacted to that horrible experience poorly. I went through involuntary movements, weight loss, extreme heart palpitations, hair fell out…I mean A LOT happened! I made an appointment to see my doctor and he suggested I see a Cardiologist. The Cardiologist performed some tests on me and the the results were ready. I sat in the Cardiologist’s room wondering what is happening to my heart. The Doctor walked in the room, pulled his chair and asked me if I knew what anxiety and panic attacks were. He informed me the side effects of anxiety and panic attacks and gave me a prescription for anti-anxiety medication. I took the medication for a few weeks and stopped because I didn’t want to be dependent on them. I wanted to heal naturally!!
Fast forward to now, how do I deal anxiety? And how do I feel about it? I am 36 years old and anxiety sucks! Lol! it’s like an annoying colleague that just always sucks the fun out of life!! Lol! I deal with anxiety by understanding the why behind it and facing it and taking more of natural approach to it. Through prayer, meditation, working out, therapy, breathing, loving life and not being afraid has helped me in so many ways. Also, a cup of tea really helps me, so which Taomi Tea Blends help relieve anxiety! Omg I thought you would never ask… let’s get into it!
Minty Cool (Peppermint, Chamomile) This blend is perfect for calming your body. The refreshing aroma of peppermint and the calming benefits of Chamomile make a beautiful blend to help calm and relieve anxiety. I highly recommend drinking this before you go to bed.
Healing (Ginger, Chamomile) This blend is great to relieve the side effects that are associated with anxiety. Unfortunately, anxiety can have a negative effect on your tummy and it can cause Acid reflux, ulcers, IBS and other stomach issues. This blend is effective because the ginger is a great healing agent for all stomach issues and as I mentioned before, chamomile is great for soothing the body and mind.
DayDreaming (Ginger, Lemongrass) Daydreaming is our top seller!! If you are not a chamomile drinker, lemongrass is also used to alleviate anxiety. The peaceful aroma of the lemongrass helps relax the mind and the body! And Lemongrass is DELICIOUS! Ginger also helps with digestive issues that are associated with anxiety side effects.
